  1. Head north-east of the Crossroads and finish The Disruption Ends by killing Razormanes and Kreenig Snarlsnout.
  2. Head south-east of the Crossroads to the Stagnant Oasis. Kill Centuar for Centuar Bracers and Savannah Prowlers for Prowlers of the Barrens along the way. Be on the lookout for Chen's Empty Keg as well.
  3. Kill Oasis Snapjaw and plant the seeds under water to complete The Stagnant Oasis.
  4. Head back to the Crossroads to hand in The Stagnant Oasis and Prowlers of the Barrens, accepting the next quests Altered Beings and Echeyakee respectively.
  5. This should put you close to level 14. Hand in Centuar Bracers if not.
