- Get your level 30 skills. Your class trainer might have a class quest that rewards a special item or ability at this level.
- Try to find a group for Scarlet Monastery or Razorfen Kraul. Use the Group Finder with 'i', or ask for help in /LookingForGroup or /lfg chat depending on your server.
- At this level try a new zone east of Hillsbrad Foothills, the Arathi Highlands. Keep going north east to find the Horde town of Hammerfall. Grab the flightpath and the Raising Spirits quest to kill Highland Raptors for their eyes. There's also The Hammer May Fall that leads to Call to Arms, but otherwise this zone is a bit higher level and doesn't offer much for a few levels.
- Ashenvale has a nice farming spot at the Xavien Satyr camp just north of Splintertree Post.
- Honestly I was run through Scarlet Monastery by a level 60 for this level. If that's not possible try to solo farm the elites outside the dungeon for some pretty good experience. For example, the Scarlet Preservers and Scarlet Scouts outside are level 29-30 elites that can give you 350-400 xp per kill.
- Alternatively travel west of Stonetalon Mountains to start exploring Desolace.
