  1. Treat level 59 as if you were already level 60. What would you do? Likely start preparing for endgame content, such as raiding and PvP. One of the best ways to do that is to acquire pre-raid best-in-slot (BiS) gear from running end-game dungeons. Might as well get experience while doing it.
  2. Get a dungeon group going for Upper Blackrock Spire, Stratholme, Scholomance, Dire Maul North, or any other dungeon that you wish at this level.
  3. Before entering the 10-man dungeon Upper Blackrock Spire, hopefully you have completed Warlord's Command from Lower Blackrock Spire and are on the next quest For the Horde!. Also grab the quest Blackhand's Command from the Scarshield Quartermaster right outside the instance to the right, then the first left down the ramp. Complete both by killing the final boss of Upper Blackrock Spire, General Drakkisath (touch the orb behind him). This gets you attuned for the 40-man raid Blackwing Lair, and one step closer to getting attuned for Onyxia's Lair.
  4. Head to Light's Hope Chapel on the eastern edge of Eastern Plaguelands. Grab The Flesh Does Not Lie before finding a group for the dungeon Stratholme. When you hand that in, grab the next quest The Active Agent and run another Stratholme (Undead side). Handing this quest in will reward you with an upgraded blue Argent Dawn Commission trinket, the Seal of the Dawn or the Rune of the Dawn which will increase your damage while fighting Undead.
  5. Keep dungeon grinding or farm the high level enemies in Eastern Plaguelands, Winterspring, and Silithus to reach level 60!

  • Upper Blackrock Spire is only accessible if someone has the Seal of Ascension key from Lower Blackrock Spire. It can't be opened with lockpicking or explosive charges like other doors
